Getting started with Wake Health
-
Start with Wake in the app by sharing your health story. Answer at your own pace, whenever suits you.
We'll ask what you'd like to achieve, why it matters to you, what you've already tried and what might get in the way, along with your health history, family history, lifestyle and what's going on in your life right now.
We'll always explain why we're asking. Every question is optional, you'll only be asked what's relevant to you, and you can save your progress and come back any time.
If anything you share suggests you need more support or urgent care, we'll point you in the right direction.
From there, Wake recommends a care plan tailored to you, so you know what will help and what it costs before you build your action plan.
-
Meet with a Wake doctor for a 30 minute video call.
Your doctor has reviewed your history in advance so you can use the time to explore your history and symptoms, answer your questions, and explore your plan and treatment options.
Your Doctor can refer you to our trusted national network of partners for further testing, imaging or in person care if required.
-
Using what you've shared, create your plan with Wake's AI, or with your Wake doctor during your consult.
Your plan is made up of small, realistic habits that fit into your day, broken into two-week stages so progress feels manageable. Each habit comes with a clear reason for why it's there, and you can change, add or remove anything at any time.
Undergoing treatment, testing or other diagnostics? Wake will include these in your plan, so everything stays in one place.
Regular check-ins on the mobile app help you see what's working, celebrate how far you've come and adjust as life happens, with no guilt for the weeks that don't go to plan.
If your goal needs a diagnosis or treatment, we'll connect you with a Wake doctor.
-
Use the Wake Health app to track and manage your health and progress towards your health goal.
AI trained on female health connects all your data into personalised insights, giving you a deeper understanding of your health. Explore behavioural and lifestyle habits with Wake AI, or meet with a clinician for diagnostic and treatment options.
Manage any ongoing doctor consults - with Wake or external - and keep on top of your care.
If you have a Wake doctor, share your progress through the app and book in follow up consults as you need.
Who Wake Health is for
Wake Health is here for all your healthcare concerns - with or without a diagnosis.

Maybe you’re thinking about falling pregnant, want to lose weight, or just want to feel more like yourself.
You’ve searched online, tried the generic advice and maybe raised it with a doctor who didn’t really dig in.
And with your health information is scattered across clinics, apps and old test results, so it’s hard to know what’s relevant, let alone what to do next.
Wake can help you move forward
One place for your whole picture. Share your history, lifestyle and goals once, and Wake brings it together.
A clear next step. A personalised plan built around your life and what you want to achieve.
Support when you need more. Book a longer appointment with a Wake doctor to dig deeper, get the right tests and adjust your plan.
-
Maybe your cycle has changed, or you’re more tired than you should be. Maybe it’s pain, flare ups or weight changes you can’t explain.
You’re not sure whether it’s “normal”, but you know you’re not feeling 100%.
Wake can help you find answers
Make sense of what’s happening. Track your symptoms, cycle, sleep and activity, and Wake helps you spot patterns you might miss.
Look at the whole picture. Wake doctors look at everything together, not one symptom in isolation.
A plan you can act on. Turn what you learn into a clear plan, and track your progress as you go
-
Living with an ongoing condition like endometriosis or perimenopause symptoms means a lot of invisible work.
Remembering what you’ve tried. Tracking flare ups. Chasing results. Explaining your history again at every new appointment.
And too often you’re handed generic advice, or you have to push hard just to be taken seriously.
Wake can help you feel in control
Reduce your mental load. Your history, symptoms and results live in one place, so you don’t have to remember it all.
See what’s affecting how you feel. Wake connects the dots across your data and daily habits, helping you and your doctor see what’s influencing how you feel.
Doctors who take the time. Longer appointments to listen, investigate and tailor your care, plus help preparing for specialist visits.
Evidence on your side. Over time, your records build a clear picture you can take to any appointment.
-
You've raised your concerns and been told it's stress, it's normal, or to come back if it gets worse.
You've left appointments without answers and with the feeling you weren't really heard.
Now you go in braced to advocate for yourself, and that's exhausting.
Wake can help you feel heard
Time to be heard. Longer appointments with Wake doctors who review your history beforehand and take the time to investigate properly.
Never start from scratch. Your history is shared across your Wake care team, so each appointment picks up where the last left off.
Tools to advocate for yourself. Questions to ask, tests to discuss and the right language, so you feel prepared anywhere.
Be there when we open the doors
Imagine your doctor, health data, diagnostics, and daily habits all working together seamlessly. Request early access and be among the first people to use Wake.
